Teach me has developed a range of day time classes which will enable learners to undertake their projects at a slower but more intensive level of learning.
You can join the class at any point and either work on one of our designs or one of your own. By working through the project over a number of weeks, it does not matter if you miss a week, tuition on your project will be at your pace. During the course you will learn to paint on glass, etch using acid, make a leaded panel and make a small piece using the copper foil technique.
All equipment and materials are provided as well as lots of tea and coffee! The course fees of £20.00 per session (2 hours) is payable weekly, so you don’t pay if you are away.
Mosaics Afternoons 10:00 – 13:00 Tuesdays (days/dates may change but advance warning will be given). £25.00 a week and students can arrive 10 minutes before the class starts to prepare and collect tools. All tools and materials are provided.
Over this course you will learn a wide range of mosaic skills. What glue to use, what backing to use, is the mosaic for internal or external display? Is the surface you want to mosaic flat or uneven?
