Make stunning and personal Easter eggs for friends and family using the finest Belgian Chocolate you will make and decorate your egg with sugar flowers and royal icing. In addition, you will make two smaller transfer eggs. These have pre-printed cocoa butter designs in the shells and once the chocolate is removed the design is transferred onto the outside of the egg.
This course is lots of fun and has lots of skills but the end results have a real wow factor.
