Making delicious truffles, chocolate gift boxes, lollies and stirrers what better way to give as a fabulous chocoholic gift. We will also enjoy a glass or two of Prosecco to get into the spirit of this workshop as it helps to wash the chocolate down!
You will learn to temper the finest Belgian chocolate, add flavours and colours as well as embellish the final items and package them ready for delivery.
All materials and equipment are included as well as lunch, tea, coffee and afternoon tea.
