This is a course for all abilities and Chocolate Lovers!!! Apart from tasting and understanding the different chocolates, you will make and take lots of home made Belgian Chocolate goodies and novelties either for gifts or just for you. We will teach you how to……
• Temper Chocolate
• Use moulds to create bars, lollies or novelties
• Use transfer sheets to create stunning designs
• Use metallic blushes to add a sophisticated finish
• Add flavours
• Package up all your work using ribbons, bags or wrappers.
This course is great for either individuals or groups who want to have create amazing gifts or just eat it all yourself!
Please note that on our workshop on 15 December we will be making Christmas chocolates… it will be very festive!
Also provided is all equipment and tools, lunch and refreshments as well as beautiful packaging to make your chocolate into works of art.
There are endless free teas, coffee, cold drinks and biscuits and an excellent sit down lunch. Tea and cakes are served before you leave.
Learn how to make various cakes, ice them and then decorate them with pretty motifs. The workshop is ideal for raw beginners or for those wishing to hone or earn new skills. You’ll learn about traditional royal icing, sugar paste, fondant and drizzles. You’ll also learn to make sugar paste and marzipan models and realistic looking flowers.
Our workshop in December is a really festive day to set you up for the Christmas period. Come and make your Christmas cakes for family or friends to marvel at.
All ingredients, electric mixers, tools and protective aprons are included. Tea, coffee, cold drinks and biscuits are served all day and there is a really scrumptious lunch. We wrap up your day with tea and cakes before you depart with your delicious confections.
