What’s included:
Learn the many different techniques of relief printing with artist and designer Claire Martin.
Using a variety of surfaces, objects, foliage, wood & Lino blocks to create totally unique prints on paper and fabric.
You will learn to mix inks, consider a complementary colour palette, use a variety of relief printing techniques to layer texture and colour to create interest and form.
Help, guidance and inspiration is on hand throughout the day – allowing you to learn and experience this creative workshop at your own pace.

Location:
We are situated in New Romney within easy walking distance of the village. Locally there are some excellent restaurants, the beach is approx 30 minutes walk – door to shore! The Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Railway is also within walking distance for you to be able to take an excursion if you want to extend your stay prior to or after the course. Rye, Hastings and Canterbury are a short drive away and often have many local festivals or activities taking place.

We have a comfortable self-contained annexe – Seaside Cabin with double bed and bunk beds. There is a kitchen, shower and separate toilet. Continental breakfast is included whilst attending the course.
