Learn the traditional art of Lino printing with artist and designer Claire Martin.
A relaxed introduction to designing for print, carving and printing your own Lino block using a number of traditional mark-making techniques. Then use your unique block to print onto fabric and sew a cosy wheat warmer. The perfect gift for someone special or for yourself!
Help, guidance and inspiration are on hand throughout the day – allowing you to learn and experience this creative workshop at your own pace.
All materials and equipment, handouts, Tea/Coffee, biscuits, lunch, afternoon tea.

Location:
We are situated in New Romney within easy walking distance of the village. Locally there are some excellent restaurants, the beach is approx 30 minutes walk – door to shore! The Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Railway is also within walking distance for you to be able to take an excursion if you want to extend your stay prior to or after the course. Rye, Hastings and Canterbury are a short drive away and often have many local festivals or activities taking place.

We have a comfortable self-contained annexe – Seaside Cabin with double bed and bunk beds. There is a kitchen, shower and separate toilet. Continental breakfast is included whilst attending the course.
