Lino & Block Printing
If you fancy printing using lino and inks this is an excellent opportunity to have a go. You will cut your pattern using the special tools provided to create your own personal stencil
Tye Dye Sharpie
Come and make a funky tye dye t-shirt using sharpie pens. Watch as colours diffuse and merge to form amazing bright patterns. T shirt included – we will contact you to organise your size.
Stitching On Books
This is a novel way (excuse the pun) of transforming old books into something memorable. Seeking out some old books and even ageing them a little more, the pages are then embroidered.
Make Your Own Sheep Flock
We will be wrapping our sheep in colourful wools ready to hang or frame, attach to a handbag or make into a keyring. come and create your own flock. What will yours become?
We provide all you need to create little sheep, including wooden templates which you can paint or leave natural, wools and glues.
Fold Up Felt Box
This handy fold up felt box is a no sew textile project. First the felt is cut and then stiffened so it becomes more rigid and then it is folded to create a handy storage box.
Silk Ribbon & Felt Flowers
If you have been along to make the fold up felt box then this workshop will add some beautiful embellishments to it. If not, then these ribbon and felt flowers can be used for present wrappings, brooches, or scarves.
Silk Painted Scarf and Buckle
Silk painting is amazing with its lovely bright colours. We decorate a scarf using a variety of silk paints and finish it off with a lovely scarf buckle all included in the workshop
Dorset Buttons
Come and embroider and make a fab Dorset button to wear as a brooch, make them into earrings or just use as a button! A fantastic course that will be a lot of fun and allow you to produce a fantastic piece.
