Using a colourful selection of glass, frits, stringers and decorative elements, you’ll learn how to layer glass to create depth, texture and sparkling festive effects. As your panels take shape, you’ll discover how simple pieces of glass are transformed into beautiful works of art that glow when illuminated.

After kiln firing, your finished panels will be fitted into a stylish black lantern, creating a magical centrepiece that’s perfect for a windowsill, hallway, Christmas table or cosy corner of your home. Whether you keep it for yourself or give it as a heartfelt handmade gift, it’s a decoration you’ll look forward to bringing out every Christmas.

No experience is needed, and with friendly tuition throughout the day, this workshop is perfect for beginners as well as those who already enjoy working with fused glass.
