I had a really good time doing this course. It was a small group so did not have to wait for help when needed. Yolanda's studio is well equipped and we were able to make the glass applique designs we chose. Yolanda is knowledgeable and explains things clearly. Glass applique is fun and I would definitely recommend going on this course. Yolanda has an interesting variety of courses and I will be going there again. You are very well fed with a tea and biscuits during the day, a ploughman's at lunchtime and afternoon cream tea.

I can’t recommend this copper foil course highly enough. Not only do you get excellent tuition but all materials are included in the price and I know Yolanda won’t let me leave with a disappointing piece of work. Everyone is really friendly and welcoming and so it is really quite motivating. I am so pleased I found this course and I am looking forward to trying stained and fused glass in the future. And more cake!

A totally fascinating course - I came away with so many ideas I don’t know where to start.....!! I learned all about mixing different paints, waxing, finishing, decorating, decoupage, stencils and making my own chalk paint from practically any left-over paint I might have - and much, much more. So much information was crammed into the day and gave me a whole new perspective on just how varied and interesting “painting” can be. Extremely interesting, a whole lot of fun and highly recommended.

Really good day spent learning a new skill, excellent lunch included as well as all materials. Leave the day with a nice unique silver piece you have made yourself what could be nicer.
