Coffee, Cake, ‘n’ Craft – Copper Foil Circle Suncatchers

When light passes through coloured glass, something magical happens. In this relaxed Coffee, Cake, ’n’ Craft workshop, you’ll work with glowing glass and gentle colour to design a suncatcher that fills your space with warmth, movement, and personality.

Guided by a friendly, experienced tutor, you’ll be introduced to the traditional Tiffany-style copper foil technique. Using simple tools, you’ll cut and shape glass pieces, apply copper foil, and solder your design together. With complete creative freedom, you can explore your own ideas — whether that’s soft, flowing shapes, bold geometrics, or something entirely abstract — creating a piece that’s uniquely yours.

Suitable for all skill levels, this open-format workshop gives you the freedom to work at your own pace while enjoying plenty of individual guidance. With small group sizes and a relaxed, sociable atmosphere, it’s a lovely way to spend a creative afternoon.
